AI & Web3 Product Owner | DevOps Engineer | Building voice AI, SaaS, and automation that actually ships and makes money
I am a Technical Product Owner and DevOps Engineer with a strong background in Web3, AI integration and infrastructure automation. I help companies turn ideas into working products, from market research and MVP design to launch and iteration based on real metrics.
Over the past years I have led a cross‑functional team of around 10 people and delivered a full Web3 SaaS product for international markets. My responsibilities included roadmap ownership, requirements definition, UX and architecture from scratch, coordination between development, design and marketing, as well as mentoring junior and mid‑level specialists.
On the technical side, I configure and maintain infrastructure on VPS/VDS, bare‑metal servers and AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, Load Balancers). I design reliable and secure environments for both development and production, using Proxmox and other virtualization tools to build scalable setups. I also support development teams in adopting DevOps practices so they can ship faster and safer.
Recently I built a Voice AI CRM for a call center with real‑time call analysis, script‑based hints for operators and coaching tools for supervisors. It is based on Deepgram, LLMs, WebRTC, coturn and a customized Asterisk stack, and it significantly improves both internal coaching workflows and external client communication.
