This service is to have me become part of your customer support task force! $25 = 1 hour trial for customer support / data entry (bilingual - English and Chinese) within zendesk environment. Max trial period - 2 weeks. Thereafter, it is 20-25 GBP / hour on the custom order depending on the traffic of your visitors to zendesk. Repeat customers please contact me through message instead. Experience in the following industry, but can quickly learn others too! * I will understand your protocol/SOP/FAQ/customer service/team members/workflow/instructions before I start. * I can provide chat support, ticket support.(please custom order if you need long term work) My working hours : GMT+8 4pm-12am(weekdays), 8am-12am(weekends) Please contact me first before buying the gig to confirm availability.
