• Responsibilities include but not limited to employee relations, grievance handling, recruitment and database management. • Provide guidance and make recommendations on appropriate starting salaries and promotional salaries for new recruits and existing employees to ensure maintenance of internal parity. • Oversee recruitment of new employees through the personnel requisitions, communicate with references, interview applicants, negotiate salary and make offers of employment. • Monitor time and attendance for employees through the automated system. • Coordinating with the Technical Panel regarding the requirements, feedback and post recruitment service. • Handling and resolving employee grievances relating to leaves, Mediclaim policy, etc.
