• Assists department in carrying out various Human Resources programs and procedures for all team members.
• Acts as a culture representative/driver with assigned departments.
• Maintains Human Resource Information System records/Kronos System and compiles reports from databases as needed.
• Proecesses quarterly/yearly perfect attendance program.
• Trains new hires on Kronos sytem.
• Processes new hire status change and termination paperwork.
• Participate and lead Human Resources improvement projects.
• Files confidential information.
• Processes employment verifications.
• Enters and maintains team member action report log.
• Participates in recruitment effort for exempt and nonexempt positions (excluding managerial levels and above); and helps to coordinate the use of contractors. Coordinates the internal job posting process.
• Coordinates background and credit checks and schedules pre-employment drug screens for potential new hires.
