Led the design, deployment, and integration of a large-
scale Industrial IoT ecosystem for Embee Garment
Factory. Responsible for developing and managing
smart factory infrastructure including RFID systems,
production monitoring, industrial networking,
centralized dashboards, and real-time device
communication.
Designed the system architecture connecting sewing
lines, warehouse operations, quality control systems,
and enterprise ERP platforms into one unified
intelligent ecosystem. Managed database structuring,
real-time data synchronization, and industrial
automation workflows to improve operational visibility
and production efficiency.
Developed and supervised centralized control systems
used for monitoring factory devices, machine activity,
employee operations, production analytics, and live
reporting across multiple departments. Coordinated IoT
hardware integration, sensor communication, network
infrastructure, and industrial software deployment to
ensure stable and scalable factory operations.
