I am passionate about taking interviews of the target consumers who are identified by the companies based on their usership of any products / services. These are qualitative interviews which last for 60 - 90 mins if one to one discussion and 120 min if focus group discussions. These interviews may happen virtually (over zoom or google meet) or in-person depending on the methodology preferred by the research company. 

I have done studies in sectors such as advertising, UX testing, agriculture, retail, FMCG, constructions, adhesives, chemicals and many more. I have a background of working with consumers for more than 10 + years. 

I have done studies such as consumer behavior and usability studies, consumer connects, brand segmentation, brand awareness, concept testing, product resting, User Experience, customer satisfaction, brand positioning and logo designation, marketing campaigns, online shopping and many more.
