About

Freelance moderator (interviewer)

Proven experience of at least 10 years in conducting qualitative consumer research interviews and focus group discussions across various industries (e.g., advertising, UX testing, agriculture, retail, FMCG, construction, adhesives, chemicals).
Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with participants and facilitate engaging discussions.
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to identify relevant consumer insights.
Proficiency in using virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet) for conducting remote interviews/discussions.
Familiarity with qualitative research methodologies and best practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a research team.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth one-on-one interviews (60-90 minutes) and focus group discussions (120 minutes) with target consumers, either virtually (via Zoom, Google Meet) or in-person, depending on the project requirements.
Engage consumers in discussions related to consumer behavior, usability studies, brand segmentation, brand awareness, concept testing, product testing, user experience, customer satisfaction, brand positioning, logo design, marketing campaigns, online shopping, and other relevant topics.
Ensure a comfortable and professional environment for participants, facilitating open and honest discussions.
Accurately capture and document consumer feedback, insights, and observations during the interviews/discussions.
Collaborate with research teams to understand project objectives and tailor the interview/discussion approach accordingly.
Analyze and synthesize qualitative data, identifying key themes and insights to be included in research reports.
Maintain strict confidentiality and ethical standards throughout the research process.

Work Terms

Open to work 6 days a week for 6 hours a day.
