After my degree in foreign languages (English and French) I started working in hospitality...needless to say that it is a very customer centric field! Beside the customer care I learned a lot on how to deliver clear, coherent and effective reports, budgets, sales proposals and general office work. Time management is my pet peeve, so you will never hear such a thing as being late! Having a passion for data I have a side hustle creating templates for Google Sheet (the Google version for Excel) as I am sure every business can take advantage of this tool!
