•My duties basically included attending to customers, responding to and resolving their queries and enquiries. Escalating unresolved issues to the relevant department. •I am a product champion, a train the trainer CRM champion, responsible for training my colleagues on the CRM application, also participate on occasions in the customer for to educate MyCustomer on our various products and services. •I participated in product launches targeted at different market segments. •I assisted in conducting research on options for customer lifecycle extension and proffer recommendations for the attention of the Managers for different segments. •I Liaised with relevant units/ teams/ functions in carrying out all relevant activities •I attended team/ divisional/ departmental meetings as and when required. •I assist in conducting research on initiatives for market penetration and market share acquisition in the youth market segment •I assisted with logistics for awareness campaigns, fairs and ad-hoc surveys aimed at promoting products and services targeted at the different market segments
