Dashboards that end the argument about whose number is right.
I build in Looker Studio, connected to the sources that actually hold your truth: HubSpot, Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, Google Sheets, QuickBooks Online, Xero, and custom connectors built through Make.com or Apps Script when a native one does not exist.
The work is usually less about charts than about definitions. What counts as a lead. When a lead becomes qualified. Which touch gets credit. Those decisions get made whether or not anyone makes them deliberately, so I make them explicit, write them down, and build to them. That is why the dashboard still means something six months later.
Typical deliverables: an executive summary view, channel performance and spend efficiency, funnel conversion by stage, cohort and retention analysis, white label ready client reporting templates, and automated refresh so nobody is exporting spreadsheets on a Monday morning.
I have built agency side Meta Ads reporting across a portfolio of more than twenty accounts, and board level financial reporting for a nonprofit society. Both audiences need the same thing: fewer numbers, better chosen.
