I've been with Sutherland for almost 2 years with a call center experience. I've work at Sutherland Global Services as customer service, sales representative,and technical support, with a different account. First account as a Customer Service Representative for I'm a graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Services, and had on the job training in one of the five star hotel. I 'll serve with different kinds of people, I give them all they need to provide customer satisfaction. I was answering the phone when there is a want to undergo room service, Based on my experience, my career goal is to look for a job with the same nature of work through phone or personal interaction with people and given a chance, I want to work and use these skills in BPO industry. I'll take it as a challenge..challenge to myself, to the company. Once, I achieve all that goal, I will proceed to the next step where I will be hire in the next open position.
