MB People Support is a group of Call Center Agents that worked from different BPO companies that set-up this Office Call Center at the garage of one of its founders. This Customer Service and Telemarketing agents started at the modest number of three (3) persons, which aims to deliver quality customer care and generate great information that the client needs. For over 3 years now we have made our own strategic plans from customer care training, management , coaching , production and reporting to achieve the best possible result for our clients. To date we have different campaigns that have been handled by our seasoned agents. We worked with different types of clients , from small to medium sized companies seeking 2-10 agents set-up for customer care and telemarketing , willing to trust their marketing with us. We provide customer care service, cold calling that leads to appointment setting, surveys, health insurance, data entry to name a few.
