 My ability to maintain accurate records and facilitate seamless scheduling ensures optimal coordination between clients and caregivers. Additionally, I actively support sales efforts by generating leads and conducting follow-ups, I also assist with job posting and hiring from sites such as Indeed contributing to business growth. My involvement in marketing activities, including crafting communication templates and email campaigns, further showcases my ability to enhance outreach efforts and engagement.



  1. Efficiently process medical billing, insurance verification, and claims submissions, reducing errors and delays
  2. Prepare and distribute medical documents, reports, and summaries, keeping records well-organized and accessible.
  3.  Perform patient intake. 
  4. Assist in telehealth sessions by documenting consultations. 
  5. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations. 
  6. Send, retrieve and review faxes through RingCentral -Monitor patient follow-ups and send appointment reminders. 
  7. Draft and send emails  letters, and other communications. 
  8. Assist with virtual scribing and real-time documentation during patient visits. 
  9. Analyze patient data to provide actionable insights that enhance decision-making and practice efficiency. 
  10. Manage lab orders and test result follow-ups, keeping patients informed and engaged in their care.
