I graduated as a Bachelor of Secondary Education major in English. I experieced teaching in public school for six months. I consider essential teacher, having enough patience, positive attitude and being an open minded all the time and always know how to manage each individual. And after, I worked as a Customer Service Representative for almost 3 years now. I was train with a large Call Center in Philippines and served as a back office for 1 year. It is very important to fully comprehend customer issue in order to achieve customer satisfaction. I'm willing to learn and undergo training to understand myself with the job offered. I can be full time home based teacher and can work U.S. hours.
