Besides the translation/proofreading work I can also help you in Customer Support/Virtual Assistance. I am a client relations professional with ten years of experience in a customer service work. I have answered telephones, assisted customers in making reservations, answered questions, input data into the computer and maintained files. I have an excellent phone voice and a pleasant demeanor; I enjoy interacting with customers.
I know my way around an office and am very organized with good time management. I think quickly and have good problem-solving skills which allow me to address customer complaints or issues in a professional manner and assist them in coming to a resolution. I have been complimented by past supervisors for my grace under pressure and the way in which I can satisfy even the unhappy client. I accept payments via bank transfer (EUR or USD), wire transfer and PayPal.
