Professionally, I am a Quality Assurance Engineer mainly focusing on functional testing of applications and software. It is my job to look at how applications work well according to their design and track any bugs that I come across. I am an expert in coming up and writing test cases and execution using TestRail and Excel. I do like to track bugs on Trello and Jira with a turnaround time of less than 24 hours. I enjoy functional testing as I get to learn what different businesses are all about and how to make their applications, websites, or software user-friendly.
