In 2012, I worked as a customer service representative for SITEL for Capital One Bank and Money Gram campaign. I also have 1 year of experience working as a customer care representative at Convergys and SPI-Global, for a mobile phone company named US-Cellular where I performed great by taking payments, providing tech support, and helping customers with their phone issues.
