  •  ATS and CRM management (Bullhorn, JobAdder, Salesforce)
  •  uploading/ Parsing resumes, updating records for both contacts and candidates to ATS.
  •  populating spreadsheets with Candidate and client details on Google sheets and Airtable.
  •  Contact list building, Data entry, and CV formatting
  •  Ad Hoc Admin and VA duties.
