I have been working as a VA since 2013. I do research, social media and email management, basic wordpress. I also have knowledge in Trello, which I use for organizing my tasks. Also have knowledge in Mailchimp, and Infusionsoft which I use for sending Emails. Sometimes, I am asked to make a graphic design for social media post or flyers, I am also asked to participate in Decision making. I also worked as a Data Analyst - Examiner, wherein I inspect legal documents, verify property owners thru Lexis Nexis and add codes to documents before sending it to the client. I also worked as a Customer Service Representative and part of my job was to provide high quality service and met customers requirements and request quickly without sacrificing work quality. I can work with minimal or supervision. I am willing to send emails / report at the start and end of the shift. I am determined and willing to learn.
