I worked for a Travel Management Company as Supervisor for Sales & Account Management for 3 years and 4 months, i was able to develop my skills i never knew i possessed, both personally and professionally. Being in the position, i was tasked to lead implementation of tools/platforms and integrate in the internal systems. Additionally, i was also responsible for the retention and development of medium to large Global Corporate clients, spearheads the Acquisition of Local Corporate clients, oversees the Clients' Travel Program implementation according to its travel policy, SLA and KPI, collaborates with different Country Leads for streamlined program implementation, provides extensive detailed analysis reports to clients to track program movement, conducts Business Review to clients on a regular basis, performs negotiation with 3rd party suppliers, creates contracts/agreements and pricing proposals, records status of Local/Global clients thru Salesforce, conducts external travel seminar/training to clients for smooth operational execution, carry out decision to resolve escalated challenges, promotes tools and platforms towards an effective travel program, provides guidance and instructions to junior colleagues to meet the desired task result and conducts internal training to Junior colleagues to align understanding and expectations. Apart from the above i was also part of the core team who continuously develop technology enhancements for operations' efficiency and i also proved to myself that i contributed a lot to the Management as i was asked to train different teams to the tools being used internally.
