Format documents for ATS compliance (simple tables, standard headings, keyword optimization) vs. visually creative formats (Canva, InDesign) when appropriate.
Update and revise existing resumes based on client feedback or career changes.
Proofread for spelling, grammar, punctuation, and factual consistency.
Ensure no false claims or misrepresentation of client credentials.
Maintain strict confidentiality of client personal data (GDPR/CCPA awareness).
Writing & Editing: Exceptional grammar, storytelling, and persuasive writing skills.
