I help clients develop RF-aware wireless hardware with correct antenna integration, layout constraints, power integrity, interfaces, and enclosure coordination.
This service is ideal for Wireless product startups, IoT teams, tracking and telemetry companies. It is structured for commercially serious projects where reliability, performance, documentation, communication, and production readiness matter more than simply completing a drawing.
SERVICE SCOPE
✅ Wireless architecture and module/chipset selection for BLE, Wi-Fi, LoRa/LoRaWAN, GNSS, sub-GHz, and related systems
✅ Antenna selection, placement, ground-clearance, keepouts, feed routing, matching-network provisions, connector options, and tuning access
✅ RF power, clocks, filtering, shielding provisions, coexistence, noisy-interface separation, and return-path control
✅ Mixed-signal and power layout around radios, sensors, processors, batteries, USB, displays, motors, relays, and switching converters
✅ Enclosure-material, battery, cable, display, metal, and human-body interaction considerations
✅ Prototype RF validation planning, antenna tuning coordination, and production-test provisions
WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE
✅ Wireless architecture, schematic, PCB, BOM, and manufacturing files
✅ Antenna/layout constraint notes and enclosure recommendations
✅ Bring-up and RF-test support when included in scope
ENGINEERING APPROACH
I normally begin by reviewing the product objective, development stage, available files, interfaces, expected quantities, enclosure constraints, operating environment, compliance targets, and the client’s main technical concern. For complex work, architecture review and finalization are completed before detailed circuit or PCB design begins.
Wireless performance can be degraded by the enclosure, battery, ground shape, nearby metal, cables, displays, switching regulators, component placement, and manufacturing variation. RF constraints must be handled as part of the complete product.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
Suitable for IoT nodes, asset trackers, gateways, smart devices, wearables, industrial telemetry, remote sensors, and connected control products.
Projects may be completed hourly or through clearly defined milestones. Components, fabrication, assembly, shipping, laboratory certification, paid software/services, and other third-party costs are separate unless specifically included.
To receive an accurate scope, please share the product requirements, existing schematic or PCB files, block diagram, datasheets, mechanical information, expected deliverables, target schedule, and any known technical issues.
