I have over 3 years of experience in the Medicine and Solar panel industries as a Customer Care/Sales Representative and Administrative Assistant.

As your Sales Representative, I will reach out to potential customers and lock a deal. I will also perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails, scheduling meetings, and dealing with customers/clients.



Responsibilities




Call Potential Customers
Respond to emails and phone calls
Schedule meetings
Manage a contact list
Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records.
Organize managers’ calendars
Address employees administrative queries
Provide customer service as the first point of contact
Data entry, copy/paste work, data/file conversion
