Regardless of how desirable and marketable your brand is today, we can find a sales and telemarketing strategy that will impact your business. My sales accomplishments are derived via a passion for revenue generation, consultative selling methods and relationship-based selling techniques. My sales success is built upon a strategic process and a systematic series of steps that drive the philosophy and methodology vital to that process. These steps typically include a focus on comprehensive prospecting, informative fact-find appointments or phone calls and engaging marketing collateral or presentations. My "customer first" sales approach focuses on learning as much I can about each client or prospect. I maximize these fact-finding initiatives (through the use of needs assessment forms) and develop genuine rapport with clients and prospects. The fact-finding process encourages two-way communication that promotes dialogue and a comfortable meeting or phone call atmosphere. My needs assessment forms follow a relevant path that allows me to learn as much as I can about each prospect, their business, their marketing goals and their objectives. My sales training and telemarketing strategies focus on bullet pointed sales scripts that break down phone calls and customer and/or prospect interaction into simple steps that even the greenest sales teams can comprehend. Sales scripts are designed to focus on strategic steps that are necessary to generate successful communication on each call, but allow for flexibility that permit each sales person to inject his or her personality and demeanor into each interaction. The compromise between strategy and personal selling styles maximizes buy in from sales teams and results with customers. My sales training success is built upon a strategic process and a systematic series of steps that focus on gathering information and building rapport with the gate keeper, asking a few specific, but qualified questions when communicating with the decision maker, embracing objections and demonstrating value, closing on objections and maximizing referrals.
