To provide the best service we use various professional software to monitor remote servers accessibility, services availability (including non-standard services), CPU usage, disk space usage, backup management and other parameters on customer’s demand. Security level monitoring includes firewall configuration, security audits, patching, backups, and disaster recovery upon requirements. Our servers, responsible for remote monitoring of the customer networks and services, are located in 3 independent locations in USA and Europe, which allows us to guarantee stable system monitoring without possible ISP outages. Standard Support Services Includes: 1. 24/7/365 Monitoring Services. All supported servers are monitored by our professional monitoring system. Monitoring system sends alert message in case of the problem occurs and our shift duty system administrators’ team investigates and resolves the problem with the highest priority. Issues monitored: > Server availability (ping). We provide our customers with access to monitoring system web interface so they could see server status themselves. 2. Daily Backup Services. > Set up of backup software. > System configuration daily backups. > Customized backups upon request.
