From the sketches received, a preliminary drawing would be made with Cad for approvals and reappraisals which concludes stage one, then follows stage two, the more detailed work to ensure a perfect outcome, then the final stage is the rendering processes which will complete the presentation.

About me, in 1984, I obtained a bachelors degree (honorarium) from the University of Lagos and subsequently a Masters Degree in Architecture.

My services fees can be as low as $5 per hour and I can accommodate up to 60 Hours a week. Where possible, and with the appropriate incentives, this can be extended to 70 hours weekly. Should there be the need to to charge a fixed sum per task, it will start from a minimum of $25 even though it can be a low as $5 an hour. All recurring payments starts from $200 a week as a minimum.
