I've worked mostly in West Africa all my professional life to date. I qualified or shall I say got fully registered with the architects registration council of Nigeria in October of 1995. With much interest and flair for computer aided design and graphics I have mastered a number of softwares amongst these are AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCad, Vector works, Solid works, Chief Architect, 3d Studio, Vray and a couple of other plugins.
I work mostly alone since leaving the big firms as a paid employee. I have settled down to private practice with my company that I incorporated in 92.
I'm a golfer, a swimmer, and played chess at national competition levels. Married with two boys and living in Abuja,the Nigerian capital city.
Often, my final fees may not be foreseen at the start, but shortly after the entire scope of the job is known, an agreed final figure on such fees will be clear. These will be affordable and within budget, since my overheads in Nigeria is low, a factor that should make me more competitive.
The design process when necessary employs the first principles, from the bubbles through all analysis to the final designs. Maximum attention is paid to clients brief and preferences in developing a design concept and philosophy.
Should cost estimates be required for the execution stage, a bill can be generated for you and would be adjusted should there be a change in the scope of the works as it often happens. A completion time frame would likewise be attached, but these are factors dependent on choice of contractor and project cash flows, and lastly the efficiency of the supervising team which I’m prepared to head.
A works program will be developed ahead of this stage which will be based on my nearly Forty years’ experience. It is not likely that you would request construction stage services, be should there be a such a request, ample time for visas, and travel arrangements should be planned and must not be less than 100 days with all travel expenses paid up front.

Generally all 2 dimensional drawings are billed for one hour each except site plans
3 Dimensional models are at also an hour per face. All five faces as with the site landscape at 6 hours.
Special library components at 4 hours maximum depending on complexity can be less.
Repetitive works are free as in housing layout schemes.
Project completion above all else is the most important issue to me and my team. It is likely that some exceptional challenges may arise, I believe that as my client, you will always be correct or “right”. This is my client relations philosophy.
My approach is to bend backwards as much as possible to get the job done not minding the original quotation or the agreed fee. This is why I have an extensive and thorough process in gathering information which you will experience so that the intended outcome of the task is unambiguous and devoid of any surprises.
Generally, I try to guide my clients to prioritize the several layers of most jobs appropriately so that the decision-making process is compartmentalized and appropriately billed for with your approval.

My billing strategy is the piece-meal approach generally, so that the smallest of tasks can be easily evaluated on a minute by minute bases.
