I've been with the BPO industry for almost 4 years. During the first year, I took in calls and answered basic inquiries together with billing explanations and providing great customer service to customers in some various places like Canada and US. After 1 year with the billing department I was moved to the Technical team where I last for almost 3 years. There I learned to provide technical assistance not just taking in calls but also sending emails about troubleshooting steps that can help customer solve their issue for good.
