I have worked in Tata Consultancy Services as a " Programmer" there I used to handle customers via call chat and email and resolving there technical issues like outlook issue, unable to send an email, lync issue, Microsoft office issue, Skype for business issues, system issues, etc after 1 year I moved to Bangalore worked in RS IT solution 24*7 worked as a Analyst there I used to handle customers and resolving there technical issues.
