I am a very confident and determined individuality who is very creative and innovative. I have been a telemarketer/customer service rep for over 5 years, working in life and heath insurance, real-estate and other areas. I have gained so much knowledge and experience over the years. I know my way around the computer and i am very familiar with with Microsoft office and Google Drive. I am also familiar with a few CRM mainly in real-estate. Such as "Podio" and "Seize the Market". I have worked on a few projects that required making cold and warm calls to prospects using soft phones such as "Bria", "zopier" and "skype" also auto dialers such as "Callfire" and "phone burner". To add to these knowledge i have a friendly personality which makes me an excellent sales agent and customer service representative. I am able to type over 55 words per minute I put 100% effort in any job i do ensuring that i complete assignments a head of time if possible.
