Excellent work from start to finish. The freelancer delivered exactly what I requested: a clean, well-documented property deal scraper and underwriting system that searches multiple data sources, filters properties in real time, and automatically calculates NOI, cap rate, cash-on-cash return, and IRR.
The code was organized, easy to follow, and included everything promised: source files, setup instructions, sample CSV/JSON outputs, underwriting spreadsheets, and website visualization. The tool performed quickly and returned accurate results within the required time.
