Hi I’m Muftia Arum Arifa, or Ifa.
I’m a Revenue Support Virtual Assistant with a background in Customer Success, where I closely supported the lead generation and early sales stages of the customer funnel.
While my core role was post-sales and onboarding, I worked alongside sales teams to track leads, manage CRM data, support outreach follow-ups, and ensure smooth handover from lead to customer. This gave me a clear understanding of how leads move through the funnel and where opportunities are often lost.
I’m experienced in keeping pipelines organized, following up consistently, and supporting lead generation efforts so sales teams can focus on closing. I may not be the closer, but I am a part of the process, so I understand the process well and how lead support directly contributes to revenue.
