- I have experience on different social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and Email systems. 

- I know how to communicate to clients via these platforms to exceed their expectations of the company and to offer extra support to the company where necessary. I can do daily admin and data entry requests as well. 

- I have experience in multiple online CRM systems including Zendesk, HubSpot, Thinklific, Aquity, Active Campaign, Microsoft platforms, and Google platforms to assist with client support and assuring CSAT scores are above 85%. 

- I am good at adapting to change, I get deadlines done fast and flexibly, and I am eager to learn new skills to improve my knowledge.
