As a virtual assistant I will be helping my clients with: Administration Support • Respond to email and early morning/late-night phone calls. • Schedule meetings • Manage and update WordPress websites • Book travel and accommodations • Prepare spreadsheets, databases and reports and keep online records. • Organize Managers Calendar (e.g Google Calendar) • Perform market research • Create and prepare presentation and materials as assigned • Transcribe meetings • Handle confidential employer and client information Blog & Email list Management • Proofreading, uploading & scheduling blog post transcribing your recorded video and turning them into a blog post. • Create blog image in Canva • Managing blog comments and replies • Design PDF email opt-in • Creating an automated mailing system • Uploading, Formatting & scheduling marketing email. Personal Assistant service includes: Shopping services Bill payments Services Documents Delivery Services Additional service includes: • Instant replying to text message • Instant reply to email • Outbound calls • Creating employees shift • Handling financial task in payroll I am currently taking on 5 Clients who are looking for Administration Support/Online Assistant/Personal Assistant, that I can partner with to take their business to the next level.
