Conducting online recruitment, interviewing applicants and administering pre-employment tests. Training and impacting candidates with marketable skills to increase employ ability. Supporting startups and entrepreneurship by providing strategic management and business development planning. Developing and updating human resources policies and procedures and administer the company’s human resources strategy in Liaison with the top management. Offering HR support and advice to the Leadership team and ensure compliance with the labour legislation and company policies on the decisions implemented. Recruiting and selection, Identifying staff development and training needs and ensures that training is obtained and impact of training evaluated Oversee the HR administration section in regard to time sheet, leave and payroll management, prepare reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover etc Managing the organization HRIS system and ensuring its updated accordingly Implementing and continuously reviewing and improving the performance management system. Managing of staff benefits including staff medical, pension and group life schemes. Overseeing employee health and safety and implement welfare and wellness initiatives. Implementing disciplinary procedures, advice line managers on disciplinary action and make recommendations, where applicable Represents organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
