I am a detail oriented person able to work under stress and multitasking -Calendar maintenance, travel planning and booking -Event management and handling correspondence -Transcription and subtitling audios or videos -Data entry and admin work -Email handling, call handling & Internet research -Photoshop and basic design skills -Quality Arabic-English translation -Project managing, coordinating and calendar management (expert in using Trello, G-suite, Calendly and Slack) -Hiring and recruiting (Experience in hiring from Fivver and Linkedin) -MS Office and Google docs excellence -Excellent organization skills with experience in managing Dropbox, G-drive -Basic html knowledge and WordPress experience -Data analysis, web research and making reports with experience in working with Shopify and amazon -Email handling/Call handling (Skype number available and I’m able to make and receive calls, experience using zoom) -Digital marketing, email marketing (experience using MailChimp.) and SMS marketing (experience using Call fire) -Excellent communication skills -Accurate grammar and attention to detail -Fast typing, data entry and transcription (Experience in taking meeting minutes and scheduling meetings)
