I am well experienced in the customer service arena. For 10 years, I’ve been handling different fields of customer service. The first was being in the Human Resources department of a prestigious company in Cebu, Philippines, managing large accounts and many employees. The rest was building good relationships with clients in person and through phone calls and emails.  I have been in the real estate industry for 7 years. I also have a significant amount of experience working in the Pharmaceutical Industry for 3 years. I am reliable and driven with solid time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities. I am flexible and I can easily understand new tasks and tools.
