I have a 7-year experience as a CSR and a year of being an Operations Supervisor in Teleperformance Philippines. I am well-organized, I am passionate with my job and has an ability to delegate task within a given timeframe. In fact, during my CSR years, I am a top performing agent and eventually got promoted as a Supervisor. I have knowledge with email handling, MS excel and MS office since I do reports for our clients.
