As a freelance virtual assistant and social media expert, I maximize customer service through social media engagement. I am a quick learner. I love doing all of those tasks that keep a business running. I want to handle all the fine details that are often more time consuming than the actual work you’re trying to accomplish. I used to be the girl in the office with the color-coded filing system, too many highlighters to count, and label machine. Now I do it all digitally with speed and accuracy. Some of my skills include: Email Management/filtering Setting up Autoresponders Email follow-up with clients/customers File management (using Dropbox) Online research Hotel and flight booking General transcription Creating slideshows and presentations Note taking during meetings Social media management Blog management Editing/proofreading Data entry Learning new software and apps quickly Proofreading documents (print and online) for clarity and consistency Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Publisher Preparing correspondence/documents using correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
