I worked as a Virtual Assistant for a local JA Online shop for years. I've worked for them to answer all the inquiries and questions of the customers on social media. I help them to gain profit by attracting customers and promote their products. Answers emails and phone calls of customers. And also attend meeting via zoom/telegram with my clients. I also worked in Wyeth Philippines as Technical Writer. I assisted all the supervisors by doing clerical works such as collecting subject matter for upcoming meetings, created the agenda and sent out automatic notifications to attendees, calendar and scheduled all trainings and seminars. I also answers phone calls and scan files and even printings. I'm a highly skilled communicator and team player. A quick learner who is passionate about helping customers/ clients achieving their objectives. Strongly focus with the ability to complete task accurately in fast-paced environment with conflicting deadlines. I also well trained when it comes to Power Point presentation and other MS Office app(Word/Excel), knowledgeable in Macro/ Canva and good in documentations and encodings.
