WORKING STYLE

• Responsiveness. I always reply within 24 hours if we don’t have an ongoing project. You will be warned about any delays, vacations, and emergency situations beforehand. If you need something URGENT, please send me a message with URGENT in the theme and I'll try to get back to you as soon as possible.

• Project updates. That usually depends on the project, but I can update on the process every day if necessary.

• Clear communication. I always try to explain things and provide necessary clarifications with visuals, using Guru messages in my workflow.

• On-Time Delivery. Your work will be delivered in a timely manner without any delays.

• Confidentiality. Confidential projects and NDAs are welcome. With me your files are safe.

•  Satisfaction. I try to maintain agency-grade standards in my work. If you feel something is wrong, I’m always open to honest talk and project review. I will do my best to solve your problem.
