Project Management (Agency Setting)

I have 10+ years work experience as a general virtual assistant and 8 years of which are focused on project coordination and project management, and it also includes product lunch.

I have solid background in providing various website and business support to CEO's & entrepreneurs, health coaches, life coaches, digital marketers and startups based in Australia, USA, Canada, UK and South Africa. 

As an experienced project manager/account manager, I also have solid experience in managing different projects in both agency setting and for individual clients, ranging from as simple as ebook designs to more complex projects like web development. I have developed solid processes in managing projects, creating/delegating tasks to team members and following through. I have solid background in preparing quotes and contracts, and setting deadlines, and preparing reports.

I can also do various tasks and can fill in various roles:

  • I am great at delegating tasks and follow through
  • I speak and write English fluently (although I can write English better than I can speak)
  • I have solid experience in Social/digital marketing (LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, YouTube) + Google My Business, Facebook, Twitter
  • I have experience in designing forms, templates (Online forms and Fillable PDF)
  • I have solid experience in managing and improving websites (Wordpress, Wix)
  • Blog content development (more on Graphics and Video contents, and not o much in writing blogs)


I am also proficient in using various softwares and project management tools like Basecamp, Trello, Asana. I am also proficient in using Google Docs, Dropbox, and online communication tools like Google Talk and Skype. I also have working experience using software platforms, like Hootsuite, Canva, Google Drive, and MailChimp, Insightly, ZOHO.

Some of the tasks that I provided for clients as a General VA are the following:

  • Ebook Design
  • Designing graphics, infographics, flyers and videos for social media and other marketing collateral like eBooks, e-courses
  • Contents for FB ads/Google ads (Images, videos, gifs)
  • Creating / editing marketing videos
  • Landing page designs (Kajabi, ClickFunnel)
  • Database administration / Website administration (WordPress, Kajabi, Shopify)
  • Web research
  • Staff recruitment / training / team management
  • Social Media management
  • Preparing marketing reports & business presentations
  • Creating & setting up email campaigns in Mailchimp
