I've been working as a secretary for the past 8 years. I worked for a physical therapy company for 5 1/2 years, and I currently work for an Ophthalmologist's office, where I have been for the last 2 1/2 years. I'm very comfortable with data entry and dealing with insurances, both medical and vision. I am definitely a "people person", and I love dealing with the public on a daily basis! Customer service is one of my very strong qualities, I enjoy helping people have a good experience wherever it may be. I'm a very friendly person and a great team player when needed, but I'm also great working by myself. I'm very organized and detail oriented. I will go over and above for a person/customer/patient so I can ensure they have a good experience and continue to do business with the company I work for. I'm currently looking for a job that I can do at home, either full time or part time, so that I can be home with my family more, and also bring in a little more income so that I can make sure that my family is well taken care of.
