Before starting a project, I review the client's requirements, manuscript or project materials, desired deliverables, publishing platform, and deadline to ensure the scope is clearly understood.

Communication: I provide clear and timely communication throughout the project and keep clients informed about important progress, questions, or recommendations.

Project Process: Once the scope is agreed upon, I follow the established milestones and delivery schedule. For larger editing, formatting, or publishing projects, the work may be divided into stages to make reviewing progress easier.

Revisions: Reasonable revisions within the original project scope are welcome. Any substantial change or additional work outside the agreed scope can be discussed separately before proceeding.

Payments: Payments and milestones will be handled securely through Guru according to the agreed project terms.

Confidentiality: Manuscripts, unpublished books, documents, and other materials provided by clients are treated as confidential and will only be used for completing the assigned project.
