Adam Spencer is a Sports Agent/Independent Consultant/ Sports Business Strategist who partners with CEOs, executives and solopreneurs to grow their personal and professional brands, human-to-human. After spending twenty years in the US Army as a Non-Commissioned Officer, he founded Spencer Group Sports Strategies. Adam knows what truly drives conversions, working in international circles , and what gets professional results. It's not mastering the latest flavor of the week. It’s the one on one connection with people and making them comfortable in the notion you’re trying to help and communicate your understanding back to them. Adam has done negotiations in Europe, the Middle East, and the US. People are one of his many passions in life. He is versed in Sports Administration, Sports Media and Communications, and Athlete Management. He also a member of the National Youth Sports Alliance as a Certified Youth Sports Administrator. As the CEO of Spencer Group Sports Strategies he represents FIFA, FIBA, and Individual sport athletes while working in co-op with Sports Management World Wide and Starting XI Player Management Inc.
Outside of the office he is an avid sports fan and traveler

The scope of all projects and consulting, will be address thoroughly before any agreements are made. (i.e. travel, meetings, timelines etc...)
Project Proposal Document/Agreement - will be provided to the client after initial consultation and the project scope has been detailed
Fees- $125 per hr
Operating Budget- $5000 will be addressed and negotiated once the project scope has been addressed and laid out
Retainer Fee- will be address on agreement of project scope in concurrence with the Operating Budget
