Hours of Operation Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (GMT) Messages are typically answered within a few hours during working days. Weekend availability can be arranged for active projects. Project Start Requirements Before starting, I require: • Clear project goals • Reference websites (if available) • Brand assets (logo, colors, content) • Timeline expectations • Target audience details Clear direction ensures smooth execution and efficient delivery. Project Structure For medium to large projects, I work with milestone-based phases: • Strategy & Wireframe • UI Design • Development • Testing & Optimization • Final Deployment This structured workflow ensures transparency and quality control. Payment Terms • Milestone-based payments preferred • 30%–50% upfront depending on project scope • Remaining balance due upon milestone completion • Additional features outside agreed scope are quoted separately Revisions Policy Revisions within the agreed scope are included. Major structural changes after approval of design or development stages may require additional time and budget adjustments. Communication Professional and clear communication is essential.
