Experienced customer services agent, Translator & Creative writer

I'm 21 year old individual with 4 Years of experience in the customer services field, I have worked in 2 big corps that served customers in the UK & USA.
I have worked before as a billing adviser, tech support , web-chat consumer support and email complaint adviser. I'm currently working as a Team Leader in a telecommunications worldwide corp that gives customer services to UK customers.

I have advanced business skills rather than the regular basic skills "IT & OFFICE" that are available in any customer services agent, I have more than 5 courses from coursera in management & Communications with soft skills " YALE & MICHIGAN & NORTHWESTERN", And my passion about any workplace is to have the best spirit between the team members while doing what ever it takes to make our customer satisfied.
