I have education and experience in marketing research.
For the last two years I have been teaching receptionist courses covering computer basics, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, customer service, effective online communication, invoice preparation, reservations managing, email marketing, working with online platforms, multitasking... Apart from that my passion is programming. Education- ITAcademy (PhP web developer) 2015.; Constant self education in programming field.
I speak Serbian language (native) and English language (advanced writing/speaking).
In my previous positions, I had a constant contact with clients, through emails, online chat, over the phone, in person also, so multitasking is not a problem for me.
As a trainer/ or a teacher, my job was to show and explain to people how to do the receptionist job efficiently, how to handle emails, how to approach the clients, how to resolve problems and much more.
I am organized and responsible individual.
