Work Terms

Hours of Operation

Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST
Saturday: Limited availability for urgent matters
Sunday: Offline

For active projects: Same-day responses guaranteed.

Payment Terms

SafePay required for all new engagements.

Structure:
• Projects under $500: 100% upfront via SafePay
• Projects $500-$2,000: 50% deposit, 50% on completion
• Projects $2,000+: Milestone-based (typically 3-4 milestones)

AutoPay: 7-day terms preferred for ongoing work.

I do not begin work until SafePay is funded.

Preferred Communication Style

Primary: Guru WorkRoom messages (keeps everything documented)
Secondary: Video calls for kickoff and complex discussions
Response time: Within 4 hours during business hours
