About

I have been handling a telecommunication account mostly about Inquiries, Billing/Payment , Modifications, Handling both inbound and outbound calls. Managing Emails and Monetizing accounts.

My name is Aliki E. Cabigon, I Have been with the BPO industry for about a year now. I have handled 3 accounts, Normally encountering Billings/Payments, Inquiries, modifications, email handling,monetizing accounts, and most specially managing to do all things at the same time, That is what we call Multi-tasking. I do both Cold callings, May it be inbound or outbound calls. Have a bit of experience in Appointment setting. I have decided to enter the word of working from home or Home-based job, I have achieved to invest time, things and effort to start this journey. I am willing to start with a minimum rate. I believe that all of the things can really be learnt through a series of studying and listening well. I have been proud of my communication skills, have gone through a couple of English/Grammar communications training to increase my capability to communicate both Verbal and written, Engagement is a must. I took up Bachelor of Arts major in Communication, It is a great training for me to measure my standards and qualifications, and I can say that I am confident to take the responsibility and commitment of being your Virtual Assistant.
